This is a hands-on role that touches customer service, IT troubleshooting, and overall general business support. You’ll be jumping between different responsibilities, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.'**What You’ll Do**:- ** Customer Support & Client Success**:- Respond to our users’ inquiries and provide solutions in a friendly, professional and timely manner.- Maintain our user database, contracts, and service agreements to ensure smooth operations.- Provide basic IT troubleshooting to users and ensure smooth customer support.- Manage and update documentation for end-users.- ** Operations & Administration**:- Handle invoices, quotes, and financial transactions to keep the business running smoothly.- Manage business documentation, file organization and data entry.- Organize and maintain digital records, contracts, and reports.- Support with various general administrative tasks, testing, marketing, scheduling, etc.**What We’re Looking For**:- An independent fast learner who enjoys variety and new challenges.- Switch between tasks quickly—one minute you’re responding to a client, the next you’re updating an invoice, then troubleshooting a small tech issue.- Exceptional organizational and detail oriented.- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, project management tools and CRMs.- Adapt to new challenges and responsibilities as the business grows.**Requirements**:- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.**What we offer**:- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm Pacific Time.- On-site position.- $18,000 to $22,000 per month.- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valued and see the results of them being implemented.We value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.Let’s achieve great things together at EquivityE04JI802n1q2407g7mq
