Overview The Strategic Proposal Analyst will craft compelling, high-quality proposals for custom software development and IT professional services, transforming complex technical inputs into persuasive narratives that demonstrate value, feasibility, and strategic differentiation. Responsibilities Leading end-to-end creation of proposals and RFx responses for project-based IT and software development engagements. Synthesizing diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured, client-focused narratives. Writing and refining executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators to effectively communicate key messages. Ensuring responses are strategically positioned, technically feasible, and commercially competitive. Managing proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines with quality and precision. Partnering with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure proposals reflect accurate delivery logic and business goals. Developing and maintaining reusable proposal content including case studies, delivery narratives, success stories, and templates. Creating presentation materials and sales collateral to support presales discussions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services with hands-on proposal development Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks Engagement Models: Understanding of pricing structures including Time & Materials, Fixed-Price, and Managed Services Project Knowledge: Comprehension of project phases (Discovery, Design, Build, QA, Deployment) Communication: Outstanding English writing and communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent Tools: High proficiency in Google Workspace Preferred Skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and familiarity with UX/UI or AI concepts Benefits & Perks Flexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.
