**Media Analyst**:**About the Role**:We are currently looking for a Media analyst for Feminine Care category, to contribute to the media acceleration process of our brand and market in Mexico, defining and supervising media advertising campaigns, and develop digital media actions to get closeness with consumers. This position must contribute in all media campaigns in the local market, supporting the sales team to capitalize on local business growth opportunities in terms of online communication and sales.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we'd love to talk.**What Will you do**:- Create, execute and follow up of all media strategies (awareness, consideration, trial) in Traditional & Digital media.- Execution & follow up of all media mix plan for FemCare brand (Saba)- Follow up media KPIs and optimizations.- Lead and influence all business areas to achieve business results and brand strategy.- Coordinate annual media planning: briefing, plans, executions.- Constant consumer & market understanding to detect opportunities for each platform or media touchpoint.- Detect media innovation opportunities.- Contribute in the digital transformation of the brand.**Who You Are**:- Degree in marketing, administrator or related- Previous experience (1-2 years) in media agency or marketing.- Fluency in English written and spoken (90%)- Knowledge and management of basic marketing & media concepts & how does that impact in the business main KPIs: share of market, media investment, TOM, SOI vs SOI, etcEssity-MX**What We Can Offer You**:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
