In this position you will support deployment and execution of the continuous improvement process and design and execute all infrastructure to support industrial engineer improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.As **CI Intern**you will join a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues working closely together and acting as sparring partners for each other.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Supports to design carts, conveyors and ergonomics working stations.- Responsible to maintain all plant visuals in good shape (boards, banners, charts) design and develop in house.- Evaluates and assess ideas program (Kaizen blitz), by promoting the program, supporting deployment campaigns, generating information to manage the system across the site.- Validate Cycle time by operations run times, operator and shifts.- Support 5S program to generate (5S Audit calendar, share scores by areas and follow up close action).- Assume and motivate responsibility and accountability across the organization related with quality management system effectiveness- Support and/or participate on Continuous Improvement Activities such as: Kaizen, Ideas Programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our processes or practices aligned to achieve or business goals and/objectives.**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor's degree or in process to obtain Industrial Engineering or similar- Proficient on advanced analytical and cognitive skills.- Advanced English- Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD.- Strong ethics and professional presence required.- Negotiation skills and experience with suppliers.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Sense of urgency.- Proactive and organized.- Teamwork player.**Employee Benefits**:**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
