It is for us Most of all, we are all proud to say that we have the privilege to work with some of the coolest, smartest and nicest people we know - each other**What your day will look like**:- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, channel sales) to align strategies- Work closely with suppliers and departments for special pricing opportunities- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technical product information- Participate in regular training and development programs- Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of Genetec's software solutions, including the ability to create small- to medium-sized system designs and BOMs- Assist in the development of tailored sales tools and presentations to support account teams- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations- Define product and functional requirements to prepare quotes based on customer needs- Cold call identified clients within assigned accounts or mutual end-user customers- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person- Provide ad hoc consulting on Genetec’s products for cross-sell and upsell opportunities- Coordinate product trials or demos with pre-sales technical teams**Technical Aspects**:- Forecast, manage, and report on ongoing sales and pipeline activity, ensuring accuracy across the Enterprise and Signature Accounts vertical- Communicate regularly with field reps on opportunities and pipeline status- Update customer records and forecasting in the CRM for tracking- Use CRM tools to manage contacts, opportunities, and activities- Report regularly on KPIs and sales metrics- Research technical information on product requests to support sales efforts**Travel Expectations**:- Manage time and territory effectively- Travel within the assigned region for onsite meetings and sales activities- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events**Let’s talk perks**- Language classes- Transportation and food allowances- Gym pass- Health and Dental plan- Life InsuranceGenetec is an equal opportunity employer; we strive for diversity and inclusion through our hiring approach, as well as through the training and professional development we provide.
