Purchasing Supervisor Agave

Manages the Procurement activities, Sourcing Analytics for BFTM Production and operations ensuring uninterrupted supplies. Responsible for implement and coordinate procurement objectives for supply chain and production strategies and objectives in support of the production site for BFTM.Coordinate and implement the strategies for all Agave & Agriculture services (74M USD) following all internal process and policies of BFTM with a high level of compliance, business continuity plan, correct balance cost, lead time, and working capital for BFTM.Manage and develop her/his team ( direct reports) in order to assure their growing, career plan, develop and maintain correct balance following all the values of BFTM and assure they follow all the strategies implement and develop for the Strategic sourcing manager and Global Sourcing.Engagement in a medium -high level with main stakeholders in production area and Global Sourcing in order to assure the correct way of working to resolve challenges, innovate and support the growing of BTFMProductivity and innovation mindset in order to maintain the correct profit for main finish good, working closely with all areas are involved for implemented all these initiatives where flexibility, focus on results are main skills should maintain in.Source and coordinate agave and agriculture services to the plant production continuity and agriculture area following our Company policies and requirements, always looking for the best purchasing terms related to price, delivery terms, quality and service level. Keeping a tight coordination with our internal customers to assure the continuity of the sourcing according to the production plan necessities and the warehousing capabilities.**Responsibilities**:**Sourcing.**- Provide support to agriculture area agave operations regarding services and material acquisitions- Develop and implement standard processes, procedures, KPIs, Customer Service, Administration and Control of her/his department.- Support finances and supply chain creating annual FY budgets for agave and agriculture services.- Obtain, Implement all the savings projects annually for hard saving or cost avoidance.- Maintain correct engagement with VP Manager, Controller and Agriculture area.- Implemented and develop new suppliers for agave and agriculture services in case of the needs of BTFM.- Implement Business Strategy to agave category and engagement correctly with main Agave Suppliers (supplier relation management - SRM).- Maintain and inform the market condition in order to provide future vision to Strategic sourcing manager and BTFM (risk assessment).- Follow and analyze the annually forecast in order to anticipate any possible supply constraint or opportunity for the business.- Coordinate and implement evaluation supplier annually, monthly or semestral business review in order to review quality issue, deliveries, etc.- Collaborate with all areas of supply chain and production in order to resolve, innovate and participate for all possible issues or new ideas.**Staff**- Implement career plan for their staff.- Develop the capabilities of their main members- Manage the functions of the personnel in charge with respect to compliance to training programs, attendance control, time evaluation, the establishment of objectives, notification in changes to the organization chart and preparation and updating of job descriptions.- Maintain a mindset of Diversity and inclusion in his/her team in every decision and relation with them.**Compliance&Audit**- Assure the AGAVE sourcing.- Implementation of dual supply and contingency plans.- Negotiate agave and agriculture services, and maintenances- New suppliers’ development.- Supervise staff.- Obtain savings, benefits, and costs avoidance.- Active participation in the Global sourcing projects with our corporate offices.Required Experience & Education:- Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent) with 5-7 years of business experience in a consumer goods, raw materials, agriculture categories or commodities; or, a combination of education and 10-12 years of business experience in a consumer goods.- Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Economic-administrative bachelor.
