Regional Sales Manager1. Increase sales volume in line with our technical capacity and the existing market.- Maintain satisfaction and a good relationship with our current sales colleagues and distributors, providing the right solution to their needs and expectations.2. Prepare proposals for the supply of products and services.3. Manage business relationships with distribution channels.4. Make regular client visits, handle customer complaints and claims, prepare bids and quotations, draft proposals for the supply of products and services, maintain existing business relationships, and ensure customer loyalty.5. Approve requisitions, prepare expense reports, and advance expense accounts.6. Demonstrate leadership in executing all activities and provide reasonable grounds for carrying out all necessary actions to achieve objectives.7. Provide support and training to distributors and end customers to ensure business success.9. Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies.10. Ensure that inspectors are properly certified.11. Maintain continuous communication with clients.12. Provide employees with safe working conditions, rules, procedures, and suitable workplaces to deliver services safely and efficiently.13. Collaborate with NOV's sales team to align sales efforts and distribution channel strategies.14. Develop and implement programs for distributors, such as training, marketing, and incentives.15. Provide support and guidance to distributors and end customers regarding their needs, product offerings, and solutions.16. Periodically review Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance with Peruvian government laws and following the regulations and procedures established by the company.17. Provide the necessary means for personnel training to ensure all operations align with local and corporate standards.18. Report personnel updates promptly (e.g., leaves, vacations, absences, attendance control, etc.).19. Attend internal and external audits and address findings according to the procedures established for that purpose.20. Be familiar with and manage the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Manual.21. Ensure the use of current documentation (SGC and technical standards) during work activities.22. Maintain the integrity of both physical and digital records, preventing unintentional alteration.23. Respond promptly to communications received from various organizational processes.24. Attend internal and external audits and address findings according to the procedures established for that purpose.
