Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and country front office in line with Group standards and best practices and Responsible for compiling local statutory GAAP books, and other local reporting**How you´ll made an impact**- Lead, motivate and develop Financial Reporting Team- People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counselling and coaching as needed- Collaborate closely with General Accounting Delivery Manager- Ensuring compliance with Group and Statutory standards, regulations and guidelines local GAAP and IFRS accounting policies.- Oversee a portion of the month end close process for Financial Accounting**Your Background**- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline. Master’s degree a plus- 7+ years GA experience in a multi-state, multiple legal entity environment preferred. Experience in Financial Accounting is a strong plus and 3 years in leadership function- Thorough understanding of internal controls and general accounting process- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.- Working experience in BPO and CSS environment**More about us**- Work-Life Balance- Continuous improvement culture- Growth Globally- Benefits above the law
