Wave Execution

As a **Wave Execution,** you will coordinate the release of shipping waves according to liters, replenishments, and established schedules to meet the productivity goals for picking and dispatch. Your role ensures continuous picking without shortages, rejection notes, and with dynamic locations cleared.LI-OnSite**Main Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the release of scheduled waves for the shift with multiple Distribution areas- Coordinate wave releases with the forklift area- Ensure wave releases occur within scheduled times (according to the Distribution plan)- Release and follow up on rejection notes- You will ensure shipments have no pending items to be picked- Record rejection notes and frequently occurring codes in dynamic locations- Record replenishments per wave- Validate liters released per wave- Responsible for ensure shipments are released with codes that do not require containers- Guarantee that all system-generated tasks related to picking, checking, and dispatch are closed according to area goals**Qualifications**:- 1 year of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Logistics, or related fields- Availability to work rotating shifts- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)- Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, WMS, SAP) - mandatory- Basic knowledge of Operational ExcellenceBenefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
