Part-time, 20 hours/3 days per week, permanent opportunity- Based in Polanco, Mexico City- NZTE operates a hybrid work environment that operates 2-3 in-office days in PolancoTe Taurapa Tūhono | New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is the government agency charged with helping New Zealand businesses to grow internationally. By supporting New Zealand businesses, we boost New Zealand's economy and reputation, and help to share what's special about New Zealand with the rest of the world.**What you’ll be doing**As an important member of our team based in Polanco, you will provide customer-focused support, ensuring the seamless operation of the office and NZTE functions. By efficiently managing administrative tasks, you'll empower the team to concentrate on driving customer growth. You will provide operational support to the Trade Commissioner and the team, managing office logistics, handling invoice processes, overseeing team finances, and ensuring seamless payroll and budgeting support for the office. You will also be responsible for managing office vendor relationships, supporting IT related activities, local visit, event support and logistics.**What you’ll need to be successful**- Outstanding administrative service delivery - you bring value to the office by providing a world class service to NZTE.- Having excellent and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.- Owning payroll and budgeting support - you own your part of the financial process to keep the budget and payroll running smoothly.- Ensure the team finances are completed. This includes payroll management, invoices, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, asset management and internal and external audits are completed in a timely manner.- With the addition of: - Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database software.- _- Please note this role has an internal title of Office Manager._**Why you'll love working here**NZTE offers a fun and stimulating environment, with a unique opportunity to develop and access world class business networks and work with a talented, diverse international team.
