En la Dirección General de Finanzas nuestra principal responsabilidad reside en: gestionar los riesgos del balance del banco, administrar la liquidez y el capital para garantizar el sano crecimiento de dicho balance, velar por el uso eficiente y óptimo de los recursos, dar seguimiento al control interno financiero de la entidad, asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios en materia de reporte financiero y de obligaciones fiscales, y elaborar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto anual de la entidad.

Funciones principales:

  • Análisis y optimización de los recursos financieros.
  • Elaboración y gestión de presupuestos.
  • Modelado financiero para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Análisis de escenarios y proyecciones financieras.
  • Seguimiento y evaluación del rendimiento financiero.
  • Desarrollo de KPIs financieros y operativos para medir el desempeño.
  • Provisión de información financiera clave para la dirección y otras áreas.
  • Evaluación de inversiones, nuevos proyectos y asignación de recursos.
  • Análisis de costos, rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Generación de reportes financieros periódicos para la alta dirección.
  • Implementación de procesos para mejorar la precisión y eficiencia del control financiero.
  • Cumplimiento con normativas financieras y mejores prácticas en la gestión de recursos.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de ahorro y eficiencia en costos.
  • Desarrollo de estrategias para mejorar la rentabilidad.
  • Apoyo en la automatización de procesos financieros y uso de herramientas de análisis de datos.

Retos del puesto:

  • Transformar y optimizar la función para hacerla significativamente más veloz, reduciendo los tiempos de entrega y mejorando la eficiencia del proceso.

Los requisitos que debes cumplir son los siguientes:

  • Conocimientos Indispensables: Análisis Financiero y Proyección Financiera. Conocimiento en productos bancarios.
  • Conocimiento deseable: Lenguajes de programación (Python y/o SQL).
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura económico-administrativa.
  • Experiencia: Al menos dos años de experiencia en un rol afín.
  • Competencias: Pensamos en grande, emprendimiento, comunicación efectiva.
