**DESCRIPTION**:The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a talented, smart, and experienced Sr. PM to help us build an exceptional Customer Fulfillment Experience (CFX) focused on External Fulfillment (EF) channels.Joining the CFX team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The External Fulfillment DEX Sr. PM will be responsible for managing the fulfillment strategy for External Fulfillment channels. They will also partner with operations, business and central teams, among others to accelerate speed and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.Key job responsibilities- Develop External Fulfillment Speed Strategy- Influence Emerging Markets DEX Product Pipeline- Identify areas of opportunity to accelerate EF Speed and performance- Continuously audit to improve the customer experience and business performanceAbout the teamThe position is for an individual contributor that is able to coordinate and influence multiple teams located in different countries, and reports to the MX Speed Lead.We are looking for a leader with super-powers in analytics and getting things done (a not-that-frequent combination). S/he should be a self-starter that thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to think big, and the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a fast-paced environment.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience owning technology products- English proficiency.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
