DescriptionPropose, develop, and implement solutions for the optimization of manufacturing processes, considerate customer requirements, quality standards, ergonomics, safety, and environment to improve competitiveness with respect to the market and profitability of the organization. Disseminate and establish best practice processes to standardize them in the production operations of dry pet food.**Requirements**:SCHOOLING: IndustrialEngineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering.EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in similar positionPARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturing and production processes (food or pet food industry) Quality and Safety-HACCAP, ISO 22000 TPM (Manufacturing Pillar) Design AMEF, Process AMEF Engineering know-how Microsoft Office Advanced Advanced EnglishSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES- Creation, development, and authorization of operational standards in dry pet food operations- Line balance, time, and movement analysis in unit operations of each steps of process- Support in the launch of new products and technologies, implementation of changes in existing products for dry pet food production lines.- Support in commissioning and starting equipment to produce dry food for pets and others.- Optimization of dry pet food production lines, to achieve greater efficiency, quality, and profitability.- Management of change of product or process changes5 years
