**Responsibilities**- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SD solutions tailored for Brazil and LATAM markets to enhance business processes.- Oversee the Order to Cash cycle ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the SAP environment.- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD configurations focusing on regional compliance and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives and strategies.- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to SAP SD ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP SD functionalities.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize SAP SD processes.- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP SD module supporting informed decision-making.- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on industry best practices.- Support the integration of SAP SD with other modules and external systems to ensure cohesive operations.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of SAP SD processes.**Qualifications**- Possess extensive experience in SAP SD with a focus on Brazil and LATAM regions.- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Order to Cash process within SAP environments.- Exhibit expertise in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics domains.- Showcase the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Adapt to changing business needs and provide innovative SAP solutions.
