Manage receipt of samples through communications with client and verification of physical specimens when received in building.- Coordinate with lab teams to prioritize projects and follow-up on status of aging projects.- Manage work tickets that are generated at the closure of the job to ensure the job is closed satisfactorily and there are no outstanding issues.- Manage workload with some supervision and maintain accountability.- Manage a limited number of categories.- Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.- Performs other duties as directed.- Validate samples received by ensuring all necessary sample information is accurate and complete- Liaise with Field Engineers to resolve sample discrepancies- Address inquiries from lab staff timely regarding sample information or project requirements- Coordinate with lab staff to establish quick turn around time for high-priority projects and to avoid missed promise dates- Proactively monitor and follow up on aging projects with lab staff to ensure timely processing- Prepare and send closing documentation to clients as needed- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to oversee multiple projects simultaneously- High School Diploma required.- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.- Upper-intermediate level of English required.LI-SP1LI-OnsiteA global leader in applied safety science, UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS) transforms safety, security and sustainability challenges into opportunities for customers in more than 110 countries.
