You take the responsibility of safeguarding and representing each project visual identity down to the minutest details. As a Designer within our team, your scope extends beyond conventional design boundaries. We firmly believe that skills in written communication, creative ideation, and visual acumen are all inherent human qualities. You synthesize ideas into concepts, harnessing the full spectrum of these talents. With your keen design sensibility, adept perception of color, mastery of balance, and understanding of hues, you craft distinct pieces for digital platforms, printed media, and global brand showcases.Our designers distinguish themselves by producing exceptional, innovative, and fervent content, regardless of the task's scale. Throughout this pursuit, you receive guidance from your Brand Design Manager, collaborating seamlessly with Brand Director, Social Media Manager, Copywriters, Community Managers, Project Manager.**Main responsibilities**:- Moving beyond mere requests by actively investigating and delving deeper into the demands of each project.- Interpreting and preemptively addressing the visual expression needs of each brand and project.- Presenting concepts, ideas, and visually creative representations that align with the provided briefs.- Mastering the creation, comprehension, and execution of graphic guidelines.- Conceiving, brainstorming, and producing distinctive design elements for social media content, animated designs, editorial touchpoints, outdoor media, brand events, and activations.- Compiling and preparing finalized design files for clients, media outlets, and vendors.- Contributing to the conceptualization and organization of photoshoots, including location scouting, product sampling, prop selection, and equipment arrangement (camera, lighting, cycloramas).- Undertaking tasks such as color correction, photo manipulation, and photomontage.**What we are looking for**:- Design portfolio.- Photoshop and illustrator Domain.- After Effects, Motion Graphics, and animation skills.- Obsessive with grids.- Simplistic yet beauty pursuing.- Good sense of style, visual composition, photography, light, and balance.- Capable to understand, capture, and express complex requests in esthetic, well-composed designs- Organized, obsessive to details, decisive, and agile.- Strong verbal communication skills.- Excellent organization skills.**Bonus Points**:- IA experience, 3D modeling, motion graphics is a plus- Advanced english language**What we offer**- Make a positive impact on the lives of our customers via financial inclusion- Professional development opportunities- International exposure & work experience- Competitive salaries- Flexible schedule including remote work- Generous vacation- English classes- Mental health support- Extended maternity and paternity leave- Yoga and exercise classes- Company swag- Legally required benefits
