Marsh McLennan has an outstanding opportunity for a role on its global Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Center of Excellence (“COE”) team. The COE supports Marsh McLennan Finance through process redesign, technology implementation, and the development of standardized reports and tools to enhance efficiency and unlock capacity for our FP&A colleagues located around the world.The Business Analyst will be part of the COE’s Data Process and Automation team working across the COE and in close partnership with our FP&A colleagues located in over 120 countries. This hands-on role will be instrumental in the COE’s delivery of scalable reporting solutions, automation, process enhancements and central cost allocations.An outstanding applicant will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, timely execution of high quality work, adaptability, aptitude for learning new technologies, and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.**Responsibilities are as follows**:- **- **Visual reporting solutions - **You will be working with QlikSense NPrinting and similar PowerBi Solutions to deliver scalable reporting solutions to our FP&A stakeholders- **Automation - **Leverage programming languages to streamline operational activities in the COE and the business- **Projects** - Support various members in the COE on the execution of projects that enhance processes and reporting, with automation and reengineering.**Skills and Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Mathematics/MIS- A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A and/or technology- Business acumen with an analytical mindset and creative problem solver- Experience streamlining manual processes using Advanced Excel and Access data base skills for financial reporting and analytics- Programming expertise - VBA (essential), Python, SQL, scripting languages, experience with Oracle Financial systems and tools, (QlikSense, PowerBI, Anaplan, and SalesForce are a plus)- Experience developing scalable visual reporting solutions- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision and confident facing off with senior management.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
