Today, more than a million customers and a billion users in over 180 countries use DocuSign to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives.**What You'll Do**:As a Senior Accountant, you have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, proficiency in accounting systems, and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of an efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting process. You pay great attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under deadlines as well as working effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Consolidations Manager and is designated Flex.**Responsibility**- Prepare monthly intercompany entries, advances and settlements- Analyze and reconcile intercompany activity- Perform foreign currency analysis and support treasury on initiatives- Prepare transfer pricing and liaise with the tax team on various requests- Record, analyze and interpret financial statements- Participate in month-end close, creating and posting journal entries, performing account conciliations, and meeting all required reporting deadlines with focus on deferred costs, accruals and capitalized software- Develop, implement, and document new policies and procedures to enhance the workflow of the department and the company- Participate in other special projects and analyses as needed- Support annual audits and quarterly reviews**What You Bring**:**Basic**- BA/BS degree with a CPA or equivalent- 5+ years accounting experience - Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience required- Consolidation or tax accounting experience- Experience with Oracle or similar accounting software**Preferred**- High degree of analytical and problem-solving capability- Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously- Experience in a large corporation or SaaS technology company- Experience with NetSuite or other large well-known ERP or accounting systems- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization- Proficient in Excel and PC- Meticulous attention to detail- Thorough understanding of US GAAP- Proficient verbal and written communication skills- Familiar with Google suite**Life At DocuSign**:**Working here**DocuSign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
