Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Reporting to the Busines Intelligence Senior Manager, you will join our Business Intelligence specialism, a growing area within our Analytics capability and our broader Data & Insights department that encompasses data planners, data analysts, data scientists, and measurement and optimization specialists. Collectively, we learn from each other as we strive towards our common goal of using data expertise to inspire clients, partners and Jellyfish itself to build best-in-class marketing, fuelled by data-rich insights.Within Business Intelligence, we're passionate about the value data architecture and visualization can bring to a business. Whether automating their media reporting or giving them an enterprise-level view of their customers, our work helps to democratize data and promote innovative problem solving.Your typical daily tasks will involve supporting multiple Business Intelligence projects, with tasks including data ingestion, integration, automation and visualization.Additionally, you'll offer hands-on support to end-users, so that they can use the dashboards and reports we build for them.**Responsibilities**- Perform data profiling to identify anomalies- Support in designing the data model for reporting requirements- Create logical database views to facilitate dashboard implementation- Develop dashboards and create reports- Conduct testing and validation to ensure outputs match their underlying data sources and meet their design requirements- Maintain smaller client accounts, often those with a specific data visualization (e.g. dashboard) deliverable or project with limited complexity- Help provide ad-hoc reports for various teams- Be the first-line of technical support for users, offering them hands-on support to ensure they can successfully use the reporting solution**Qualifications** What you'll need**- +2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence position- SQL experience, writing SQL queries for data management, ingestion, and transformation- Understand how marketers may use a data visualization tool to help them monitor and improve their marketing campaigns- Practical experience with Data Studio, Datorama, Tableau, Looker, Power BI and/or other business and marketing intelligence platforms- Ability to communicate your work clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences- Attention to detail combined with a careful approach to the process- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team, and Jellyfish as a whole**What will be advantageous**- Digital Marketing Background- Working knowledge of multiple marketing data sources and how to develop methodologies for joining these data- Experience working with data preparation tools such as Google BigQuery, Fivetran, Alteryx, or similar- International background; used to work in teams that span across multiple markets.**Additional Information**Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.Reward: You'll receive a loyalty salary increase on your Jellyfish anniversary, in addition to our company-wide annual bonus.Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.Growth, Your Way: Grow your career with one paid day each month for self-development and access to LinkedIn Learning** **with unlimited online courses.Health Insurance: We provide a private health insurance policy that includes visual and dental plan coverage.#LI-Hybrid
