Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAmphenol Mexicali is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with fiscal laws, and manage payroll processes. If you have extensive experience in the maquiladora industry, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of fiscal regulations, this is your opportunity**Responsibilities**:Finance:- Perform massive and manual journal uploads during the month in AX Microsoft system for P&L preparation.- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations against Contpaq system (Statutory).- Approve accounts payable processes on a weekly basis.Payroll:- Review and approve payroll.- Verify tax withholdings for employees.- Set up departmental approvals in TRESS system.- Review payroll concepts to ensure correct tax setups.- Calculate and withhold Christmas bonuses.- Calculate and withhold employee profit-sharing.- Administer and distribute employee savings accounts.- Manage annual administration and distribution of employee savings fund.Fiscal (Statutory):- Prepare and ensure payment of monthly federal tax prepayments.- Oversee monthly and bimonthly payments for Social Security and Housing Fund.- Prepare state payroll tax payments.- File annual income tax returns and make tax payments.- Complete annual employee income tax returns.- Calculate annual Social Security risk premium.- Compute Safe Harbor option for 2025 and future years.Experiência y requisitos**What You Need to Join Our Team**:- Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.)- Fluent in English (100%)- 5-10 years of experience in the maquiladora industry.- In-depth knowledge of all fiscal laws, including:- Income Tax Law- Value Added Tax Law- Social Security & Housing Fund Tax Law- Customs Law- Labor Law- State Laws- IMMEX Decree- Proficient in Office software.- Strong problem-solving skills.If you meet the requirements and are ready for the challenge, we invite you to applyWe look forward to meeting you soon and having you join our team to achieve new goals togetherBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Fondo de ahorro- Caja de ahorro- Descuentos de productos- Servicios medicos en planta- Bono de Puntualidad y Asistencia- Bono de Transporte- Seguro de gastos médicos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Mixto**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Maestría**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
