Our brand in Mexico is CAMESA, and the Company is ACEROS CAMESA.****The Production Supervisor of Fabricated Products is responsible and accountable for the utilization of plant equipment and personnel to meet the production requirements on time and to the acceptable safety/environment/quality/cost levels****Job Description**:**Reports to** Production Superintendent**Primary Duty**Supervises Fabricated Products production employees**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Directs and Supervises employees so production requirements are met.Coordinate the fulfillment of the production program by machine and/or patented equipament through the execution of production ordersAssures the operating condition of the plant and machinery are in compliance with and good safety and housekeeping practices are maintained.Assures that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Performs final quality inspections.Exercise leadership and provide a safe work example for subordinate personnel.Ensure that instructions are fully comprehended by all personnel involved**Qualifications**:**Education-**Industrial, metallurgical or related engineering**Experience**Minimum 2 years supervisory experience**Competencies**- Work independently without close supervision.- Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments/projects.- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.- Fluent English.- Detailed work.- Problem solving.- Conflict management- TeamworkAdditional Information**Other requirements**:Schedule availability.Labor stability**We offer**:Competitive salary.Fringes above the law.Direct hiring by the company.Excellent working environment.Stability labor.Toda su información se mantendrá confidencial de acuerdo con las pautas de EEO.
