Plans and implements the development of new and scale-up process formulas. Establishes operating equipment specifications and acts as a liaison with product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible. Leads efforts to achieve cost effectiveness and improved product quality. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function._What a typical day looks like:- _Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several senior Manufacture engineering leaders involved in activities related to process engineering capabilities and statistical process control systems._- _Organize and lead Project/Program reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time, as per cost targets and within quality specifications._- _Partner with other functional leaders to ensure_ manufacture-engineering_ activities are well integrated with manufacturing operations._- _Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to ensure achievement of goals and objectives._- _Plan, budget, and manage the Manufacture Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance and NPI group costs in line with corporate objectives._- _Develop, modify, and implement company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect._- _Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers in controversial situations, contract negotiations or other matters for which influence skills are required._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _Experience managing operations & engineering in electronic manufacturing_- _Strong background in engineering positions_- _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _Strong Knowledge in Industrial Engineering_- _Experience managing line personnel, technicians, supervisors_- _General understanding of planning & production control_- _Fluent English_- _Experience managing engineering areas (Process & Test)_- _NPI experience_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MH52Job CategoryProduction Engineering
