International Payroll Specialist

IPS roleThis Role in a Nutshell:Safeguard Global is a global payroll company specializing in global payroll outsourcing. The International Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing international payrolls in a fast paced environment. This role will be in charge of receive, validate and analyze the payroll inputs The role will also take full ownership of all client communications, ensuring timely responses, follow through, and resolution of client enquiries.Establish, maintain, and develop strong and trusted client relationships that result in high client satisfaction, acting as a primary day to day contact for assigned clientsTo ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data in accordance with payroll schedulesEngagement with local in-country payroll provi ders to meet delivery timelines while minimizing escalations Responsible for timely and accurate submission of all payroll data to required partnersResponsible for on time receipt and delivery of net pay and payroll reports in line with agreed upon payroll schedules Ensure reconciliation and validation of data according to predefined payroll processing procedures and standardsHow you will make a difference:Managing enquiries from clients, internal regional service centres, and local offices via our case management tool, ensuring full resolution in line with company Service Level AgreementsDevelop and drive action plans and root cause analysis reports for issues, as requiredParticipate in the development of processes and procedures for the team in accordance with customer and business requirementsDetailed focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll related activities as assignedAdhere to SSAE16 compliance audit controls and requirementsAdditional duties as requiredWhat will give you an advantage:Experience in multi-national shared service environmentExperience processing global payrollA professional payroll qualificationPayroll/HR/Finance/Systems background with an understanding of the core competencies of the payroll processStrong excel skills, advanced levelWhy become a Guardian:International Environment: Grow your network internationally and collaborate across the world.
