**HR Generalist - Join Our Human Resources Team**:- Full-Time | 7 AM - 4 PM (Schedule may vary)_- Salary: $12,000 - $15,000 MXN_**About the Role**We are looking for a **proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist** to support our Human Resources team If you have **at least 1 year of experience in HR**, strong administrative skills, and a passion for employee engagement, this is a great opportunity for you.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct **HR orientation sessions** for new hires.- Manage and track **weekly & monthly contract renewals**.- Maintain and audit **employee records & terminations**.- Process and track **work accident reports** for social security.- Organize and oversee the **HR storage area**.- Provide **HR support to employees** with work-related concerns.- Monitor and process **INFONAVIT salary deductions**.- Manage **bank card requests & payroll-related documentation**.- Process and manage **vacation and leave requests**.- Prepare **voluntary resignations & HR-related reports**.**What You’ll Need**:- **At least 1 year of HR experience**.- Strong **people management & communication skills**.- Ability to **work under pressure & multitask**.- **Advanced Microsoft Office skills** (Excel, Word, Outlook).- **Knowledge of different contract types** (indefinite, fixed-term, etc.).- **Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable**.**Why Join Us?**- **Competitive salary**:- **Career growth opportunities**:- **Dynamic & supportive team environment**:- **Be part of a company that values its people**Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
