Passionate, creative, empowered and expert, we are constantly looking for new challenges—and developing new-to-world solutions that answer them.As Panel Assistant, you will be supporting in the main objective of the internal panel to obtain information fast, easy, reliable and low cost for the fragrances developed by the creative team and to serve as a guidance or validation, the position is in charge of facilitating the tools required to perform evaluations. IFF is looking for a Panel Assistant to follow the panel results, to process and preset the data, and to ensure the panel is operational. To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum BS degree in Marketing, Chemical or Food Engineering.**Job Requirements**:**Required Skills**:- Minimum entry level is a BS degree in Marketing, Chemical or Food Engineering.- Effective team player,- Project planning skills,- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English,- Works autonomously on given tasks with mínimal reviews by manager,- Basic skills desired in CI methodologies and data analysis: JMP, Excel XLStat, PowerPoint// Compusense
