The Role :
We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to work as a Client Services - Recruitment/Sourcing Manager to join a new client team. This unique opportunity requires experience within sourcing and recruitment to be the Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor.
Key Accountabilities :
This is a hybrid role based at our AMS offices in Monterrey, Mexico.
As a Recruitment Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership of the operational delivery for several business areas and manage a high-performing sourcing team supporting the US, Canada, and Mexico while working in partnership with colleagues across the account for successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with the client.
- Build multi-faceted sourcing strategies and provide evidence of implementation and delivery.
- Utilize extensive recruitment metrics expertise.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Drive team performance to meet client expectations.
- Understand general business demand outlook and plan team structure accordingly.
- Manage resources, including redeployment activities.
- Develop and maintain talent pool strategies and monitor conversions of talent pools into hires.
- Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement, communicating these to the Head of TA Americas and wider AMS sourcing management team.
- Act as an ambassador for collaboration between sourcing and recruitment teams, operating as One Team.
- Commit to the development of direct reports in accordance with the Global Sourcing Strategy.
Skills & Experience :
To develop your career in this role, you will need to have:
- The ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management.
- A strong track record of delivery in the recruitment industry.
- Previous experience managing a team to achieve targets.
- Strong people management skills with a focus on development and performance improvement.
- Evidence of managing large recruitment projects, including stakeholder management, project delivery, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
