The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Body in White Feasibility team Lead will be responsible for leading BIW manufacturing activities for new model and MCA programs, including providing direction to manufacturing simulation engineers, communicating issues to Product Engineering, proposing alternative solutions and driving all issues to closure. The responsibility includes developing Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize Capex, support future Plant Loading studies, develop and lead Vertical Integration for Make/Buy alignment, develop detailed Process Maps with Station level Welds and Adhesive quantities, ensure Feasibility studies are performed in the Plant Environment, lead Change Management meetings to ensure product process and tooling are aligned, manage Body Shop KPI'S. The BIW Feasibility Lead will make sure the Design to Manufacturing and Feasibility requirements are implemented in the Product Design. The BIW Feasibility Lead will develop high visibility weekly updates to Stellantis management. Duties may also include some travel to assembly plants to support early phases of vehicle launches relative to manufacturing feasibility issues. - Bachelor's degree required.- 5+ years of manufacturing experience required, with knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations. Strong knowledge of BIW manufacturing processes and tooling.- Strong written and verbal communications skills a must- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel Strong organizational/project management skills- Strong knowledge of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)- Self-motivated and able to successfully achieve results under time pressure.- Must have the ability to work with all levels of management while establishing and maintaining lines of communication- Superior teamwork and leadership skills required as well as the ability to handle multiple projects- Must be able to work remotely (WFH)Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
