You can put the shoulder on improve Romanian Cards Market on side issuing and acquiring services. You will be a Risk Ambassador for IT Risk initiatives and Project Manager for strategic projects within Cards Tribe.Our environment inspires you to innovate and our Agile way of working empowers you to achieve set goals, while also enhancing your analytical and technical skills.Your day-to-day- Gather and clarify software business requirements;- Design and agree together with the external providers, domain architect and the team the solution to be implemented;- Perform functional testing on the implementation and help the QA team with defining the test cases to be automated;- Participate and provide input in the change management process;- Create the standard functional design document that should contain the design of the functional and technical solution;- Participate together with the rest of the team in estimating the complexity of User Stories;- Participate in daily scrums to help ensure that work in progress will meet requirement goals;- Need to understand business requirements from different banking areas and can collaborate with other senior engineers, architects, and feature engineers;- Understand and translate complex business needs / requirements into functional specifications.- Lead IT Risk initiatives;- Involve in Finance area: contracting and vendor management;What you bring to the team- Experience in Cards Projects/implementations: 5 years minimum; 2 years in a similar role;- Good level of applied knowledge in algorithms, concepts of IT architecture, applied knowledge of database management systems, quality assurance, data analysis;- Understanding the Programming Languages (Java), XML, JSON, Soap Services, Restful Web Services concepts;- Computer proficiency: Operating systems, Microsoft SQL databases, Oracle Database;- University degree (IT, Engineering); background in banking is considered a plus;- Experience with Agile methodologies;- Teamwork, integrity & loyalty, communication and customer oriented behaviour;- Ability to cope with change, planning and organizing skills;- Quality orientation/ attention to details; problem solving attitude;- Language proficiency: English - verbal: advanced, written: advanced.- Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through- Strong Service Delivery mindset and ability to visualize and shape business understanding and communicate in a way that gets stakeholder buy in;- Experience with EMVCo and Visa & Mastercard documentation;- Experience in using automation frameworks it is considered a plus;- Experience with CI/CD tooling.
