Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Master Planner****Job Summary**:The Master Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall production plan to meet customer demand, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery. This role requires close collaboration with operations, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to align supply and demand while balancing cost, capacity, and efficiency.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets.- Analyze capacity, lead times, and material availability to ensure schedule feasibility.- Monitor and adjust production plans to address changes in demand, material shortages, or capacity constraints.- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.- Track and report key planning metrics such as on-time delivery, production adherence, and inventory levels.- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.- Communicate production priorities and changes to all relevant stakeholders.- Support demand planning activities and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain management (manufacturing environment preferred).- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.- English: advanced level.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
