Business Process Analyst

You will help to clarify what the Tariff(s) mean to Arrow, validate our understanding, determine and complete the Oracle/off system process and ensure prompt communications to the wider Arrow community, all whilst working to protect our financial exposure.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Supplier Communications: Support handling of supplier communications, specifically incoming updates. Update SharePoint and supplier tracker to ensure accurate and timely information.- System Update Requests: Submit supplier updates and follow up with appropriate teams, including the Supplier Set-Up team for site-level settings, MDM for part-level maintenance and IT cleanup, and the UDP Team for IT ticket requests and follow-ups.- Supplier Information: Assist the process owner by following up with suppliers for additional information. Identify and correct system gaps, such as Supplier IOR, China 301 Rates, IEEPA, and Reciprocal rates. Reach out to contracts for missing IOR/Inco terms details and work with Asset or Marketing teams for clarification.- AIOR Import Support: Provide support to the import team for reconciling AIOR purchase order imports and resolving reconciliation issues. Collaborate with Asset/Accounts Payable to secure supplier credits for duplicate tariff billings on AIOR shipments.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English- Familiarity with tariffs, international regulations, and trade compliance- Understanding of global markets and cross-border operations- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred- Background in finance and regulatory compliance is preferred- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance- Critical thinking to identify and resolve challenges efficiently**Work Arrangement**:- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home**What’s In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
