**Job Summary**:Operations Managers oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. Responsible of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.- Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency,effectiveness, or sustainability of operations- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses andoptimize profits- Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-teamlearning opportunities- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant- Formulate strategic and operational objectives**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree in operations management, business or related field- Bilingual English-Spanish- Experience in metal assembly process- 5-7 years of experience as an operations manager- Strong computer skills, MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managemenTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- operations manager: 5 años (Deseable)- Proceso de ensamble: 5 años (Deseable)- Excel avanzado: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés 85% (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- visa laser vigente (deseable) (Deseable)
