Job Description Kraft Heinz Mexico is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst. The role involves conducting in-depth analysis, leading improvement projects, and providing strategic insights to support the organization's continuous improvement goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis and Improvement Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. Utilize process mapping tools to document existing workflows and recommend improvements. Implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Data Analysis and Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards on continuous improvement activities and outcomes. Project Management Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute initiatives. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project goals. Training and Development Provide training and support to employees on process improvement tools and techniques. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and encouraging innovative thinking. Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members on process improvement methodologies. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvement goals and initiatives. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance improvement efforts. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role within a GBS or shared services environment. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Minitab, Tableau). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
