Responsible for leading the software/ hardware improvement and diagnosis of full-featured infotainment headunits (radios) and connected systems. Perform software and/or hardware analysis. Find issues; root cause; and solve. Develop timelines and drive programs to meet. Manage Tier I suppliers and software releases and/or hardware designs and verify effectiveness of fix in field. Interface with stakeholders at all levels including vehicle teams, HMI, validation, requirement leads, technical specialists, leadership, and develop robust functional designs. Present action plans with status/risks to get and keep programs on track..
