Axiem International is a company dedicated to providing integrated Personnel Management services for projects specialising in Engineering, Design and Quality, innovating in the sense of taking an idea from the beginning of the process to its "start-up in plant and production.We are looking for a**Technical Standards Manager**Responsible for the selection, acquisition, organization, accessibility, and preservation of the required technical standards, issued by key Standard Development Organizations such as ASME, SAE, ASTM, ISO, etc. that a company requires.The Technical Standards and Regulations Manager oversees all aspects of managing the library or collection and acts as a coordinator between multiple businesses and organizations to ensure alignment and full operability of systems to provide access to copyrighted documentation through several online solutions.**Requirements**:- BS Degree in Engineering- Excellent English Ready and writing- Knowledge of Standards Organizations such as ASME, SAE, ASTM, ISO.- Will be a remote position.- Minimum 8 years working in engineering and or operations.- English Advanced.Activities:- Responsible for cataloguing and maintaining accurate records of the managed collections.- Planning and coordinating the technical work and managing technical standards projects.- Works closely with business stakeholders and end users.- Monitors collection budgets and expenditures and is largely responsible for maintaining relationships with all vendors associated with the digital library.- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.- Maintains tracking system and records in the online document control system.- Supports requests for documentation and updates.- Communicate library content, and any changes to all account teams to ensure contract changes are made as appropriate.- Maintain database of requirements in the appropriate systems of record.Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm - **Remote position**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
