This position will be under an **Employer of Record (EoR) agreement**. In this role, you will:- Own the technical delivery and evolution of the Acre Identity products and platforms, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.- Deliver robust and maintainable code using Microsoft technologies (ASP.

NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server).- Champion engineering standards, scalability, and security practices within the team.- Drive innovation and mentor team members through design reviews and technical guidance.**What You’ll Do**- Architect and implement reliable, performant services and integrations.- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issues.- Document and communicate architectural decisions and development guidelines.- Support DevOps and QA teams in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release readiness.- Collaborate with product stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities.- Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers across levels.**What You'll Bring**To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.
