And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.**We’re here to better our world with biology.****Main Responsibilities**:- Sustained and expanded technical expertise in assigned industry and influential customer engagement skills.- Displays exceptional judgement in determining root cause and solving complex customer issues.- Creates and leverages comprehensive industry knowledge.- Develops ideas that lead to submission of invention sheets and patents or held as proprietary technology that lead to significant impact on Novonesis business.- Displays understanding of competitor products, NVS products, and NVS products in other industries.- Presents relevant scientific information at industry forums in expert panel and presentation formats.- Challenges views during product pipeline.- Leads TS efforts in the development, AQA, test marketing, training and roll out of new products.- Initiates, designs, coordinates and conducts own experimental work and data analyses using advanced statistical tools. Sometimes guides laboratory work of others.- Routinely develops novel methods resulting in positive business impact.- Routinely drives the identification and implementation of smart methodologies and tools that lead to significant increase in TS productivity and result in financial value.- Displays comprehensive knowledge of customer’s products/processes to create individualized solutions.**Commercial Interface**- Influences key decision makers by providing solutions that exceed the customer’s expectations.- Engages with key customers and key decision makers- Leads identifying and qualifying prospects and sales opportunities- Forms strong connections among internal as well as relevant external stakeholders of great value to NVS business.**Project Management**- Leads and communicates about complex and cross functional projects with high degree of ownership.- Creates effective, motivated project team and sets direction with ambitious, achievable goals.**Required Academic Experience**- PhD plus 4+ years of relevant experience -orMS (MBA, PSM) plus 6+ years of relevant experience -or BS plus 8+ years of directly related experience, at least half of which is directly related to the technical HHC field.**Others Requirements**:- Excellent written and verbal communication- Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet goals- Good interpersonal and team working skills- Demonstrated success in attention to detail, taking initiative, collaboration, time management, and displaying the needed sense of urgency.- Possesses the physical ability, visual acuity, and motor skills necessary to perform essential functions of the position, including operating in laboratory and industrial environments.
