Tasks & Responsibilities Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads. Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise. What You Bring Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business management. Relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with a focus on strategic sourcing (adjusted per JD requirements). Technical skills: Experience in procurement systems (e.g., Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite. Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage. Personal Qualities Thrives in team settings; believes great ideas come from collaboration. Sees challenges as opportunities and thinks outside the box. Articulates thoughts clearly and simplifies complex topics. Combines intuition with data analysis. Keeps the big picture in focus: thinks in impact, not just input.
