**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**Business Systems Analyst****Are You Ready to**- Organize, schedule, and coordinate activities as required to assure that the business systems software uptime meets the needs of the business community.- Support all areas in meeting production and quality goals. Provide estimates and instruct activities to support efficient workflow with mínimal "down-time" for the user groups.- Track and resolve business system issues in a timely manner, assuring the business community receives regular communication on the status of their issues.- Work directly with the business community users to locate inefficiencies in processes related to software usage, recommending, and implementing alternatives and changes.- Provide immediate response to user community concerns, questions, and comments.- Document system upgrades and update documentation as changes are made to the system.- Develop, deliver, and provide users with appropriate training materials.- Monitor business systems to ensure maximum up-time.- Support business module implementations, working closely with project manager and user community, ensuring on track project scope.- Collect reporting needs and create reports using PL/SQL and/or coordinate developer efforts.**What You’ll Need****Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, Manufacturing Systems, etc.), advanced degree desired.- Bi-lingual Spanish/English- Minimum four plus years’ experience, in related field.- ERP migration experience a plus.- EDI experience a plus.- PL/SQL experience a plus- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment required.- APICS Certification recommended.**What You’ll Get**- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Paid time off to volunteer- Additional perks like food basket, glasses, and Christmas bonus.**About Us**For over 70 years Bel has designed and manufactures solutions that power, protect, and connect products for a broad ray of global markets including, industrial, aerospace, medical and consumer.**Cinch Connectivity Solutions**Cinch has been an innovator for over 100 years.
