This is done by creating methodologies, executing experiments, building prototypes to find the quickest way to prove new ideas, technologies, and business models in diverse real-world industrial environments. We use experimentation as the “tip of the spear” to innovate with our customers, partners, business units, and subsidiaries. As a key member of the Customer Innovation team, ensure customer success through producing and demonstrating the “art of the possible” via world-class user experiences.- Lead MVP UI UX activities by implementing best-practices that produce customer focused design. Proactively research, test, and validate usability for our innovation prototypes and solutions. Gather UI UX requirements. Deliver detailed UI specifications.- Author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, etc.- You will report to the Global Innovation Leader in your region.- Be comfortable in presenting to customers, our sales team, professional services teams, and other stakeholders in the engagements.**Qualifications**:- 5+ years as a design professional.- Bachelor’s Degree in UX/UI, Design, Human Interfaces, or other relatable discipline- Ability to travel up to 30% globally- Ready to share own design portfolio with details on the approach, process, and accomplishments- Strong contributor- Comfortable with ambiguity- High energy, driven and enthusiastic about opportunities to establish and implement new approaches.- Comfortable working in high visibility, high pressure situations- Focused on getting things donePreferred Qualifications- Strong customer-facing experience in design.- Familiarity with digital technologies and industry leading platforms- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills- Ability to become a student of innovation by proactively doing research, self-learning and training oneself on new technology, approaches, and trends.- Ability to work independently on ambiguous and evolving projects within and agile and growing teamLI-AP2
