By living according to a common set of values, we create a culture that unifies, embraces the uniqueness we all bring to the company, and positions Integer for long-term success.At Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do.**Customer**We focus on our customers’ success**Innovation**We create better solutions**Collaboration**We create success together**Inclusion**We always interact with others respectfully**Candor**We are open and honest with one another**Integrity**We do the right things and do things right**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.- Proactively protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in the custody of or processed by the company.- Secures the Integer’s network and data by understanding threat technologies and using tools to protect against known, emerging and zero-day threats.- Reviews and responds to security logs, alerts and reports for critical systems.- Supports risk and compliance activities with regulatory requirements and other statutory regulations (PCI, PII, Privacy Laws, S-Ox, HIPAA, etc.)- Leads the design, implementation and review of security metrics- Leads the day-to-day information security awareness, training and educational programs.- Participates in preparation of necessary information security policies, standards and procedures.- Participates in IT security risk assessments and control design activities- Maintains relationships with strategic vendors with guidance from IT Management.- Investigates and resolves incidents and breaches regarding the network.- Tests, selects and implements commercially-available best-of-breed Security products and services.- Reviews technical information, requirements statements, feasibility analyses, conceptual designs and other security documents created during the systems development process.- Participates in security architecture design review and planning.- Performs other duties as required.**Education & Experience**:- **Minimum Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent (6+ years) work experience.- Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience with IT Security; Experience in a publicly-held IT organization preferred**Knowledge & Skills**:- **Special Skills**:- Understanding of relationships between threats, vulnerabilities, asset values and their effect on overall business risk.- Skilled in PowerShell and other scripting and query languages to extract requisite data from assets.- Strong demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Windows Enterprise environment.- Effective business consulting skills including the ability to establish rapport with the business.- Superior organizational and communication skills.- Highly proficient oral and written communication capabilities as well as executive presentation abilities.- Proficient with MS Office Tools- Experience with vendor relations- Project Management- Budget Management- Specialized Knowledge:- CISSP or similar security certification required - In addition, CISSP-ISSEP, CISA, CRISC, and ITIL ITSM Foundation is desirable.- Solid knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance, corporate security and network policies and procedures.- Working knowledge security framework models such as ISO 27000 series, COBIT, etc.- Other:- Displays the highest standard of integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history, complete lack of criminal convictions etc.), and willing to undergo vetting and/or personality assessments to verify, if necessary.- Travel 0-15% of time depending on business needs.**U.S. Applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran
