**Importante Empresa del giro Automotriz **solicita para su área de soldadura Laser**: "especialista en Ingeniería de nuevos proyectos / Advanced Quality Engineer"**- Zona de trabajo: Santa Ana Chiautempan, Tlaxcala._- Puesto al cual reporta: Gerencia de Planta._**Requisitos**:Licenciatura en ingeniería industrial, deseable maestría.5 años de experiência en Calidad en la Industria Automotriz.Inglés avanzado - **90% (obligatorio).**Experiência en las pruebas a maquinarias, materiales, evaluación de proveedores, análisis de primeras corridas, cambio de ingenierías, programas de lanzamiento, gestión de presupuestos, liderar lanzamiento, Post-launch.Preferentemente con conocimientos de soldadura, deberá de estar acostumbrado de tratar con clientes extranjeros, alemanes y americanos.**_Conocimientos en: _**1. Sistemas de Calidad IATF 16949, VDA 6.3,2. Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PSO, AMEF, Plan de Control3. Metodología en Solución de Problemas 8D´s4. Procesos de Soldadura GMAW, SPOT, Láser (deseable) (CQI 15)5. Green Belt (deseable)6. Administración de Personal7. GD&T (Katia, Diseno de gage)8. KT (Kepner & T)**Objetivo del puesto**:Planear, ejecutar y evaluar las estrategias para implementación efectiva del sistema de calidad, que aseguren la satisfacción del cliente a través de la entrega de productos conformes y reducción de costos.**Funciones del puesto**:Sistemas de Gestión (Salud y seguridad, Ambiental y Calidad).Demostrar una intolerancia a los actos y condiciones inseguras.Atención a Clientes Internos y Externos.Crear el Plan de control considerando CCT y asegurando su cumplimiento,planear el costo y organizar el envío de piezas con los protocolos de muestras especiales.Desarrollo de Personal.Desarrollar estrategias de reducción de COPQ.Desarrollar estrategias de mejora para el aseguramiento de calidad.Mantener y desarrollar estrategias para asegurar la calidad del producto para nuevos proyectos y producción Normal.**Competencias requeridas**:Liderazgo, negociación, trato con clientes, toma de decisiones, solución de problemas, orientación a resultados, influencia, pensamiento analítico.**Beneficios**:Sueldo mensual bruto**:$60,000.00 mxn**+ Prestaciones superiores a la ley: vales de despensa, SGMM familiar, Seguro de vida, 10 días de vacaciones desde el primer año, 100% de prima vacacional, 30 días de aguinaldo.**Horario**: de 8:00 a 18:00 horas de lunes a jueves y el viernes de 8:00 a 15:00 horas.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $60,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Calidad en la Industria Automotriz: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Sistemas de Calidad IATF 16949, VDA 6.3: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Soldadura: 2 años (Obligatorio)- pruebas a maquinarias, materiales: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Evaluación de proveedores: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- inglés avanzado - 90% (Obligatorio)
