**What you will do**:As an Order Entry, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, customer reviews, engineering changes and critical information into the company’s database on a timely basis.**How you will do it**:- Process new orders into ERP system, including accurate input data, order configuration and collect documentation from different sources.- Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check all output for accuracy.- Process customer reviews, engineering changes and support NPI needs.- Provide digital orde r details and a ssist operations team as needed, maintaining updated documents.- Generate basic daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.- Other related duties as requested by management.**What we look for**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or mix experience.- Excellent organizational skills and Strong Attention to Detail.- M ulti-tasking, prioritizing and strong time management skills.- Good computer skills. Experience with databases and spreadsheets.**Preferred**:- Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus )- Solving Problem Oriented- SAP experience as desired.
