Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented, to support a strategic customer project. This role is critical in managing supplier performance, cost negotiations, and ensuring timely material availability to support production schedules in a high-mix, fast-paced EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) environment.- Lead procurement activities for a strategic customer project, ensuring on-time material availability and Clear-To-Build (CTB) status.- Serve as the primary interface to the customer for material-related topics, providing clear visibility into inventory levels, PPV (Purchase Price Variance), and freight costs.- Analyze demand forecasts and execute purchase orders in alignment with project schedules and customer requirements.- Collaborate with CFT (Customer Focus Team: engineering, planning, program management) to support NPI and production ramp-ups.- Manage shortages, expedite material deliveries, and maintain optimal inventory targets.- Monitor and report key purchasing KPIs, including ITO (Inventory Turnover), PPV, and freight cost, in coordination with the customer.- Track and evaluate supplier performance using established KPIs; implement corrective actions as necessary.- Assess supplier capacity, lead times, and risks to ensure supply continuity and responsiveness to demand changes.- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with customer expectations, quality standards, and corporate policies.- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.Experiência y requisitosBachelor’sdegree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; relevantwork experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.3+ years of purchasing or sourcing experience in an EMS or manufacturingenvironment.Experience with SMT/BOM components such as PCBs, connectors, passive components, andmechanicals is a plus.Supervision experienceSense of responsibilityAttention to detailResults orientedProactive BehaviorProblem Solving skillsOrganizational/Planning skillsCommunicationMicrosoft officeERP systemsAPICs training or APICs certified preferredProfession of SMT/BOM components such as PCBs, connectors, passive components, and mechanicals is a plus.Beneficios- Seguro de gastos médicos- Uniforme- Caja de ahorro- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera sin título**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
