**JUNIOR BUYER (ENTRY LEVEL)****Objective**:Responsible for executing the short- and long-term purchasing strategy(s) to effectively manage the total cost of ownership; manage supply continuity, supply risk management, supplier development, and service quality, relative to assigned raw materials and projects.**Main Activities**:1 Manage and follow up purchasing process according to internal policies for MRO2 Contact supplier to buy MRO according to users request3 Develop suppliers according to company needs to secure the supply chain continuity**Job requirements**:**Education**:BA in Business, Supply Chain or related**Experience and Skills**:- 1 year of experience in purchasing process and suppliers’ development- Excel- Experience with indirect materials and MRO purchasing- Experience in thermoplastics commodities, resins or other raw materials in a manufacturing environment- Ability to perform total cost of ownership value analysis- Understand lean manufacturing, Kanban systems and raw material pipeline flow**Language Requirement**:English: ProficientSpanish: Fluent or mother tongue**Company Competencies**:Communication, Technical Capability, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, Results Oriented, Decision Making, Authenticity**Position Competencies**Strong negotiation skills, Good at maintaining communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, Excellent analytical skills and ability to work and make decisions under pressure**Other Requirements**:Mexican passportUS Visa (Desirable)Travel availability (In accordance with post COVID regulations)**Job Location**:Querétaro, México**We offer**:International exposureProfessional DevelopmentCompetitive benefits package and salaryAnnual performance bonusOur company values are essential; therefore, we look for people with:- Sincerity/Creativity/Challenge**We believe a diverse workforce is crucial to our growth as a global supplier of advanced materials.
