Maintenance Supervisor

Join our team and be part of a growing, innovative company in the automotive industry**We are looking for a results-driven Maintenance Supervisor** to lead the execution of our maintenance strategies. You’ll guide technical personnel, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure continuous improvement of equipment and facility performance.**Main Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.- 2-4 years of relevant experience.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Technical knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, electronics, and facility maintenance.- Experience in rubber or automotive industries preferred.- Understanding of TPM, KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, MDT, etc.).- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and instrumentation.- Intermediate English (spoken & written).- Knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Keyence), AC/DC motors, and control diagrams.- Analytical, service-oriented, and focused on results.- Ability to work under pressure and drive continuous improvement.**We Offer**:- **Location**: San Luis Potosí, México (Eje 106 Industrial Zone)- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week- **Benefits**: Above the law- Opportunity to grow in a professional and supportive environmentReady to take the next step in your career?Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $29,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Descuento de empleados- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
