Como Supplier Quality Engineer vas a garantizar que los componentes de compra directa cumplan con los requisitos de diseño. Responsable de establecer los procesos y controles para el Aseguramiento de la Calidad de los Proveedores en la Planta.

Lo que harás:

  • Soportar a línea de producción en incidencias sobre Calidad en componentes comprados (proveedor externo), minimizando el impacto a las Operaciones.
  • Realizar Notificación de Incidencia de no calidad (SCARs), y asegurar la respuesta en tiempo y de manera efectiva de los proveedores para Convenciones y Acciones Correctivas.
  • Aseguramiento de cumplimiento de métrico de Retorno de Material a Proveedores (RMA) en 90 días.
  • Evaluar el panel de proveedores asignados a través de métricos y solicitar las acciones correctivas.
  • Evaluación PPAPs de proveedores para proyectos NPI, localización de proveedores, VAVEs.
  • Gestionar cargos a proveedor por cuestiones de no calidad y derivados, además de administrar las actividades para obtención de RMAs e MRB.
  • Colaborar en la reducción de costos de desarrollo de nuevos materiales (Productividad).
  • Proveer el soporte necesario al área de Sourcing en el proceso de localización de Proveedores (Proceso PPAP).
  • Coordinar campañas de inspección y/o retrabajos para evitar paro de línea.
  • Gestionar cargos a proveedor por cuestiones de no calidad y derivados.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de cambios de ingeniería para componentes de compra (PPAP).

Lo que esperamos de ti:

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años en puesto similar.
  • Inglés (capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocios).
  • Conocimiento básico de normas de Calidad (ISO 9000, ISO/TS16949).
  • Evaluación de PPAPs (Core tools deseable).
  • Interpretación de planos y tolerancias geométricas.
  • Conocimiento de instrumentos de medición.
  • Control estadístico y Análisis del Sistema de Medición (MSA).
