**Position Summary****Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Compliance & Reporting**- Ensure full compliance with **IMMEX**, **Anexo 24**, and **Anexo 31** regulations, including monthly reporting and reconciliation.- Maintain accurate inventory control and traceability of temporarily imported goods (bienes temporales).- Liaise with customs brokers and government authorities to ensure timely and correct filings.- Prepare and review documentation for imports, exports, and value reconciliation in accordance with SAT and SE standards.**Data Analysis & Process Optimization**- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for cost savings, efficiency, and process improvement.- Track KPIs related to lead times, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance.- Support forecasting and materials planning processes in coordination with procurement and production teams.**Cross-functional Collaboration**- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, finance, and production teams to support seamless operations.- Act as a key point of contact for audits and internal reviews related to foreign trade and compliance.- Support the implementation of ERP or inventory systems aligned with IMMEX reporting requirements.**Documentation & Systems Management**- Maintain updated records and backup documentation to support compliance audits.- Ensure system integrity for inventory records between ERP and Anexo platforms.- Monitor changes in regulations and recommend updates to procedures or systems accordingly.**Qualifications & Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- **3-5 years** of experience in a supply chain or foreign trade analyst role, ideally in a **maquiladora** or IMMEX-certified company.- **Strong knowledge of Anexo 24, Anexo 31, and IMMEX** program.- Experience working with Mexican customs laws and SAT/SE compliance.- **Advanced English** (spoken and written); capable of communicating with global teams and handling documentation in English.- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Anexo 24: 3 años (Deseable)- Anexo 31: 3 años (Deseable)- IMMEX: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
