Commercial Village Operations and Production Manager - FIFA World Cup 2026™ **PLEASE NOTE: ALL RESUMES & APPLICATIONS MUST BE IN ENGLISH** Role Summary: Reporting directly to the Venue Infrastructure Manager and Venue Manager, the Commercial Village Operations/Production Manager will be a key member of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Venue Management team with On Location and work in close collaboration with the Infrastructure and Venue Management Teams, focusing primarily on the Commercial Village at the stadium This role is responsible for the planning, integration, execution, and seamless delivery of all temporary outdoor Village hospitality spaces and activations. This role requires strong operational oversight, production management expertise, and close collaboration with internal functional areas and production partners to ensure all commercial products are delivered to standards. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all Commercial Village work products at the assigned venue, ensuring smooth planning, installation, operation, and dismantling phases in alignment with all On Location FA’s, especially Infrastructure. Oversee day-to-day operations (Bump In, Reset, Bump Out) within the Commercial Villages, ensuring timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements are met. Ensure timely production and updates of diagrams and comply with fire marshal codes/permitting requirements in alignment with the On Location Architecture Team. Coordinate with Infrastructure Supervisor, Venue Manager, Assistant/Deputy Venue Manager, FIFA Venue Manager, and all functional area leads to align operations across the venue. Maintain and monitor a high level and detailed, minute by minute production schedules for activations, installations, and operations in line with FIFA delivery timelines. Serve as the on-site decision maker for Commercial Village operations, escalating issues per the established plan while assessing how unforeseen challenges affect contractor progress and providing real-time solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Support stakeholder communications, ensuring clear, timely updates and issue resolution across internal teams and external partners. Identify ADA and fire-safety compliance issues early and coordinate with team members and onsite contractors to implement solutions, while overseeing health & safety, permitting submissions, and all compliance processes for Commercial Village installations. Identify any changes in graphics, structures, or other event assets during installation that differ from approved drawings or client-approved documents. Ensure that all Commercial Village areas are properly broken-down post event, while supervising strike and site restoration processes are completed on time and to standard as part of venue handover. Empowered to make day-to-day operational and production decisions regarding Commercial Village activations. Escalate issues to Venue Infrastructure Manager and/or FIFA counterparts as per the agreed escalation plan. Anticipate and address ADA compliance, fire egress requirements, and potential issues affecting Emergency Action Management plans (EAP) to ensure all public-facing areas meet safety and accessibility standards. Experience/Qualifications Needed: Significant experience in operations and/or production management for large-scale outdoor temporary event builds around sporting events, festivals, or touring shows. Strong track record of managing multiple vendors, activations, and hospitality spaces in complex environments. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. This role is responsible for strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance by overseeing four critical areas: Manufacturing Planning , Materials & Internal Logistics , Import–Export , and SAP Manufacturing Support . The Senior Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving planning accuracy, optimizing material flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision making across the plant. This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong influence, the ability to work in a fast-paced ETO environment, and proven experience aligning supply chain processes with engineering, operations, and program management. Key Responsibilities 1. Manufacturing Planning Leadership Lead the Planning organization (Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Production Planning). Translate engineering requirements and customer configurations into executable manufacturing plans. Ensure accurate load/capacity models, build sequences, material alignment, and project commitments. Drive demand planning and forecasting with at least 8 years of experience in Planning (demand, supply, or production). Improve schedule adherence and reduce last-minute changes. 2. Materials & Internal Logistics Oversee all internal material flows from receiving to shipping: inbound, warehouses, WIP, kitting, internal routes, inventory control, and outbound logistics. Strengthen warehouse discipline, layout efficiency, material accuracy, and kitting operations for ETO products. Lead Managers and Supervisors to ensure execution excellence and inventory accuracy >98%. 3. Import–Export & Compliance Lead Import–Export operations, including classification, compliance, IMMEX, T-MEC regulations, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Ensure flawless execution and readiness for internal and external audits. 4. SAP & Manufacturing Data Support Oversee SAP master data, BOM accuracy, routings, manufacturing parameters, and production order integrity. Ensure seamless integration between Engineering, SAP, Planning, and Operations. Drive digitalization, data quality, and system discipline across the organization. Leadership Responsibilities Manage a multi-layer team including Sr Managers, Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Specialists. Build capability, provide coaching, and elevate the technical level of the supply chain organization. Implement KPIs, dashboards, and standard processes for visibility and control. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Finance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning (required). Strong experience leading supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment (ETO or high-mix, low-volume preferred). Bilingual English–Spanish (advanced communication required ). Strong knowledge of SAP (PP, MM, WM; PS is a plus). Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement. Ability to navigate high complexity, multiple priorities, and engineering-driven environments. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Engineering-to-Order or Make-to-Order environments. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Experience managing multi-department supply chain structures.
