We are currently seeking a Project Manager-Middle to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).**Job Description - Project Manager Mid****Job Objective**:- Manage the development and delivery of software projects.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and reaching expected quality standards.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to align goals and expectations.**Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)**- Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring key milestones are met.- Coordinate with software architects, developers, designers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary.- Handle budgets, schedules, and resources, optimizing allocation and utilization.- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming and sprint reviews.- Maintain strong communication with client contacts to ensure a common understanding of the project status and process.- Communicate risks timely and adequately to delivery managers.**Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)**- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in managing software development projects.- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.**Travel**:Not required.
