With a presence in 100+ countries, we are accelerating expansion into key markets, offering high‑performance solutions at competitive prices. Lead Zybio's market growth in Mexico, driving sales, regulatory approvals, and market penetration while establishing long‑term commercial success against global competitors. Regulatory & Market Access Oversee FDA / CE‑IVDR / MDR product registrations and compliance with local regulations (CLIA, ISO, etc.). Lead tender participation and negotiate contracts with key healthcare institutions. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage local sales teams and distributor networks. Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with Zybio's global strategy. Qualifications 5+ years in IVD commercial leadership (Country Manager, Regional Director, or equivalent). Proven success in growing IVD sales (e.g., …). Deep understanding of IVD regulations (FDA / CE‑IVDR, local compliance). Strong network with labs, hospitals, and distributors in Mexico. Work experience with global leading IVD brands is preferred. Experience working with Chinese or emerging‑market IVD companies. Fluency in English + local language (Chinese is a plus).
